When is Servika launching?
Soon. We're putting the finishing touches on the apps and onboarding our first artisans. Join the waitlist and you'll get one email the day we go live in your city.
Which cities will you cover?
We're starting in Lagos and expanding across Nigeria from there. Waitlist signups help us decide which cities come next, so tell your people.
How much does it cost to use Servika?
Joining and browsing is free. You only pay for the job itself: the price you agree with the artisan. Your payment is protected in escrow until you confirm the work is done.
I'm an artisan. How do I join?
Join the waitlist and choose “I am an artisan”. At launch you'll download Servika Pro, verify your identity with any government ID, set up your profile and start receiving jobs. You keep 100% of your earnings for the first 3 months.
What happens if a job goes wrong?
Because payment is held in escrow, you're protected: report the issue in the app, our team reviews it, and if the dispute stands, your money comes back to you.
